Affected Teaching

“Jesus Christ” is changed to “Jesus is or as the Christ”

The Apostles were preaching the Lord Jesus Christ everywhere in Jerusalem, whether it was the temple or in houses of believers.  Their only subject was not only that He was the promised Messiah but that salvation only comes through Jesus Christ.  So they would have preached many subjects concerning Jesus.  The modern versions make it sound like they were just preaching one topic.
