Affected Teaching
Here is another case of a removal of a word which is very important to the verse. The Greek words behind “ And I beheld” and “and Lo” are the same root word but are different inflections. In the first instance, John is stating that he is seeing the Lamb but in the second instance “and lo,” it is in the Imperative Mood, which means John is being commanded to look in such a manner as not just a glance but an intense looking. John was in the throne room of God and was to look intently at the Lamb of God and the fact that He is the one who will send out the Holy Spirit to all parts of the earth, having all power which is represented by the seven horns. (Mat 28:18 KJV) And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.
