Affected Teaching
The personal Greek pronoun “moi” for “unto me” is used 22 times in the book of
Revelation showing that John is the one being addressed. It is in the dative
case which is the case of “personal interest.” In this instance it is the
indirect object which is used to express to whom or for whom the action of the
verb is done. In this case it is John being personally addressed to see the
destruction of religious Babylon.
