- (Jude 1:3 KJV) Beloved, when I gave all diligence to
write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto
you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was
once delivered unto the saints.
This weekend in the States we celebrate Independence Day. Our Founding
Fathers brought forth a nation which would bless the entire world through
the sending forth of the Gospel. I am not speaking of a blessing by
political means since the creation of the fraudulent Federal Reserve System,
American politics has degenerated into puppetry of the International Elite.
Despite these Globalists, it is my firm belief that God has protected this
nation through the ages from both the enemies without and the enemies within
from being annihilated simply because it became the center for world
evangelism through the centuries. When the Pilgrims landed in 1620, their
purpose and intent for the new land was for the propagation of the Christian
Faith. When the Pilgrims left England, there was hostility toward these
people for their desire to uphold the true Christian Faith. Their desire to
contend for the Faith caused them to leave their comfort zone and head
across the ocean whereby they could be free to exercise their faith.
As the years progressed the English Government began to oppress the
Colonists with many heavy financial burdens in the area of taxes. British
soldiers were allowed to take up residence in someone’s home without their
permission plus they were allowed to confiscate whatever they wanted in the
name of the Crown. These Colonists began to feel insecure even in their own
homes. By the 1760’s there was a fire in the furnace for liberty and in 1775
the war for independence began. The war ended in 1781 and the United States
was declared an independent nation in Paris in 1783. I live in an area which
is replete with colonial history. Sometimes on a Sunday afternoon my father
and I take a ride and we never fail to see at least 10 homes built back in
the 1700’s. I am 65 miles north of Philadelphia and 25 miles south of new
York City. The place where Washington crossed the Delaware on Christmas Eve
1776 is only 90 minutes from my home. The greatest legacy that the Founding
Fathers left us was Freedom. The Founding Fathers had contended for a free
nation and their perseverance yielded them the fruit. Those Christians who
died in the war for Independence may never know how many countless millions
of people became saved because of their desire for a free land. Their
supreme sacrifice along with your Evangelistic desire to get the Gospel out
gives continual motive for the success of the war for independence. Whenever
you give a tract or participate anyway in Evangelism, you give honor to
those who made it possible for you to do this.
There are groups at work in this country who are working day and night to
take our freedoms away. The naïve American people do not realize how close
they are to achieving their goal. It is my firm belief that this will not
happen until the Gospel has gone into every nation and then when the last
one will be saved, we may have a short period of political upheaval in this
country.
(Rev 20:7-9 KJV) And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall
be loosed out of his prison, {8} And shall go out to deceive the nations
which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them
together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea. {9} And
they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the
saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of
heaven, and devoured them.
It seems Satan will have a very short time after the last one is saved and
then comes the end of the world when God will destroy him and all his
followers in the lake of fire forever.
There is another great battle that we remember today. It was the Battle at
Gettysburg which took place July 1-3, 1863. The Civil War was planned in
England as far back as 1809. It was planned by the Rothchilds to split this
nation in two. They desired to build a kingdom consisting of the entire
south and the Caribbean. However, God had different plans. Both the South
and the North were praying people and each prayed and God interpreted. Those
prayers finally brought this nation back together, so once again it could be
used to send forth the Gospel. John Wilkes Booth was an agent of the
Rothchilds and killed Lincoln because he would not acquiesce to their
demands to loan Lincoln money to rebuild the country. They came to him and
were going to loan the USA billions to rebuild at the unheard of interest
rate of 24%. Sounds like today’s rates doesn’t it? Instead Lincoln, printed
non-interest bearing greenbacks to rebuild the economy and that was his
death knell. Lincoln contended for an interest free money system. Along that
line, John F. Kennedy wanted to get us off the satanic debt Federal Reserve
System and himself had over 4 billion dollars worth of non-interest bearing
bills printed. When that happened, it was his death knell too. Do you want
to know who killed Kennedy? Follow the trail of the money! Today we have a
phony 6 trillion dollar debt to the Federal Reserve, which creates checkbook
money out of thin air and loans it into existence. It is the most successful
scam of the 20th century. Read Article 1 Section 8 of the Constitution and
then you will know who has the real authority to coin money.
Both the North and the South contended for their beliefs and took up arms to
defend it. The Civil War cost America over 500,000 lives and quite frankly,
I am tired of hearing the South condemned already. They were fighting for
States Rights and to keep the nose of the Government out of the Family. We
see what has happened since the end of that conflict. The Federal Government
in Washington has become drunk with power. Will someone show me “Executive
Orders” in the Constitution? These make a king out of a President. The
President is not to act independently of Congress but Congress has become a
futile body which exists only to pass laws to further subdue the population
of the United States to denounce sovereignty and to be forced to accept
Globalist tenets.
The political realm is not so different than the spiritual realm. In the USA
today, the Christian faith is being hammered left and right, from within and
without, and the average Christian is so neutered, they cannot see the
deceptions being fostered upon them. In the average Church, we see deceptive
programs such as “The Purpose Driven Life and Church” replacing the Bible as
teaching tools. Clergy have become so inept at leading, they become
frustrated and don’t know what to do, so they turn to popular gurus who
promise to build their church. If a church is to be built, it is God who
does the building. There is enough material in Scripture to give every
Christian a purpose.
(Acts 13:36 KJV) For David, after he had served his own generation by
the will of God, fell on sleep, and was laid unto his fathers, and saw
corruption:
We are to serve our own generation by sending forth the Gospel and making
disciples. We are to contend for the Faith. We need to be on the front lines
witnessing for the Lord Jesus and not sitting behind the scenes hoping
someone else will do what we should be doing. The word “contend” means to
“struggle or fight” for the Faith. The Bible does not want us to sit idly by
and watch the truth rejected for modern theories. We do not serve by
bringing a bunch of unbelievers into the church to hear a watered down
message from a Gnostic book such as the NIV.
http://www.scionofzion.com/niv_hates.htm The local church is not a
place for unbelievers or is the Sunday morning service a place for
Evangelism. The evangelism needs to take place outside the church and then
when someone becomes saved, then bring them into the church to grow. If your
pastor preaches evangelistic sermons every week, then he is getting by easy
and doesn’t have to put much effort into sermon preparation. You will also
not grow since you will be hearing the same thing week after week. The local
church is for believer’s only but the problem is that when unbelievers
invade the local church, they don’t want to be convicted of their sins, so
out goes the Bible and in comes the phony love and hospitality stuff.
Christians once again must take their walk seriously and reject the
deceptions brought into the local church by inept leadership. If you do
contend for the true faith and are kicked out, that will be a sin the
leadership will have to “contend” with and that shows their true spiritual
condition. We are called to be faithful to Christ, not faithful to a man and
his failed theories. If you are experiencing such a situation, then remember
how faithful our Founding Fathers were to their commitment to Freedom. We
must be as committed as they were in the true Faith. You need not accept
anything and everything that comes through the doors of the church just
because it is being pushed by someone with a degree from a Bible College.
Churches are being stripped of the true Gospel at an alarming rate and are
being replaced with the gospel of “emotion.” The gospel of emotion only
feeds the flesh and sends people to Hell. Take a look at the main line
denominations and you will see along with their phony Bibles, they teach the
feel good gospel which brings no one to salvation. I thank the Lord for
Election, because who can respond to a false, watered-down gospel? No One!
If God has truly saved you, then it is time to break free from apathy. If
the Colonials had an attitude of apathy, would we be drinking tea or coffee
today? Think about it!
(Amos 6:1 KJV) Woe to them that are at ease in Zion, and trust in the
mountain of Samaria, which are named chief of the nations, to whom the house
of Israel came!
(Jer 17:5 KJV) Thus saith the LORD; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man,
and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the LORD.
